› Dave Funk on Cap and Trade

Dave elaborates his position on Cap and Trade not so affectionately known as “Cap and Tax”.

Cap and Trade should be called cap and tax and has nothing to do with reducing any alleged global warming problem we might have in the world today. The fact is my opponent, Rep. Boswell, voted for something that tens of thousands of people in his district, at a rate of 50 to 1, were against. It is going to be a job killer for Iowa and an economic disaster for our nation.
